• Basic Plan ($299 one-time): Consultation, standard templates, client portal access.
• Standard Plan ($599 one-time): Full contract drafting, notarization support, and closing coordination.
• Enterprise Plan (custom pricing): Team licenses, API integration, and dedicated advisor.

3. User Conduct

When using our website and services you commit to:
– Being at least 18 years old and legally capable
– Providing accurate and truthful information
– Respecting third-party rights
– Not introducing harmful software or content

4. Payments & Refunds

Payment for Standard and Enterprise Plans is due in full before services begin. Our refund policy:

• Basic Plan: Non-refundable.
• Standard Plan: 30-day refund from purchase date, provided no notary appointment has been scheduled or substantial work commenced. Refunds issued within 14 days of request.
• Enterprise Plan: Refund terms defined in your custom agreement.
